京都の下町感を感じたかったらオススメです。
若い方はカルチャーショックうけるくらい素晴らしい。
私は風情と感じてよかったけど、
人によっては昔の建築なので、隙間風は入るのでチョイ寒いかもでも空調がついてるから大丈夫だよ。

Very nice Japanese-style place!
Highly recommended if you want a quiet place to relax.
There are no convenience store nearby, will need a 5 minutes’ walk to buy items.
A little bit far away from railway station, will need a 10 minutes’ walk.

Traditional japanese style accomodation. Worth the experience.
It is a bit far from the nearest station but it is not really much of problem.

静かな環境。全く騒音がなく、よく眠れました。
ペット連れには負担のすくない価格設定であること。
昔ながらの京都の木造住宅に泊まれるのは面白い。
バスルームの床の目地がカビだらけ。排水溝が掃除されておらずカビだらけでごみが詰まっている。今まで利用した民泊ではバスルームは清潔に掃除されていましたので、残念でした。比較的新しいバスルームなのにもったいない。最も改善していただきたい点です。
トイレが外にあること。夜中に出るのが面倒になります。窓の施錠が木の引き戸に掛け金をネジ入れる式なので、眠いと中々うまくできない。
キッチンの引き出しの中に小さい虫の死骸が複数。
テレビ回りもほこりがたまっていました。
