About this house rental
Situated in Mission Beach, this attractive house for $600 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. More than 120 five star reviews. Compare our location to other homes you are considering -- our address is 712 Tangiers Court. We are literally 20 yards (with no roads or alley to cross) from the ocean-side beach. We also have air conditioning and ample parking (Mission Beach rarities). The large 1,700 sf 3 bedroom/3 bath fully detached single-family home (no noisy condo neighbors!), sleeps 9 and with a bedroom and full bath on each of the three floors, it is ideal for two families or one large family. Three ocean view decks/patio including huge 300 sf third floor deck (great for meals and watching the Sea World fireworks), gourmet kitchen, wireless internet, two car side-by-side garage plus one outside parking space, and all the toys -- 4 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Perfectly located just off the boardwalk in north Mission Beach, walk or bike to tons of great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and full grocery store. Why rent Mission Beach Paradise?: We think you'll love our home for the same reasons we do. When we decided to buy in Mission Beach, we selected this home because of the size, open floorplan, terrific views, and incredible private location—close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crash, but not right on the noisy boardwalk with people staring in your windows. The convenient location is close to everything you need for the perfect vacation: lots of great restaurants nearby, Ralph's grocery store is a 10 min walk (or 2 min drive), SeaWorld is 2 miles away, San Diego Zoo is 10 miles, and La Jolla is just 6 miles up the road. You can even catch a Padres game at Petco Park (10 miles to downtown). The home is equipped with everything you need for a great time including 4 beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The home also has wireless internet, puzzles, board games, and multiple streaming services and four TVs (one in each bedroom + main TV). The main (second) floor has an open great room layout with gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom (with queen bed), and full bathroom/laundry room (with W/D). The living room features roomy, comfortable furniture, a large smart TV, and French doors that open onto a deck with great ocean views and a Weber gas grill. The large kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Because it's our vacation home too, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glasses, and cooking utensils. The first floor has a full (side by side) 2 car garage plus an outside parking space and a large bedroom (sleeps 5) with a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top), a full size sleeper sofa, full bath, and a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, and sink). A sliding glass door (with ocean view) opens onto the ground floor patio. On the third floor, you'll enjoy the large master bedroom (with king bed and ocean views) and another full bathroom. Through the master bedroom is a very large (300 sf) deck with a retractable awning, large table, and chairs. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, dolphins playing in the waves, and the SeaWorld fireworks show!

This was such a beautiful home and perfect location to beach and boardwalk. One house back so you avoided the people who walk boardwalk staring into your space. Was able to sit on deck and enjoy watching dolphins and sunsets.
They provide chairs. Bikes and boogies boards.
Three bedroom and everyone has their own space and bathroom. There is a garage which is nice as parking is hard by the beach

House is better than the photos. Each bedroom and bathroom is brand new, high quality. Kitchen is gorgeous with tons of conveniences. So many balconies also! While being right on the beach would be best, I can't imagine a better house than this. The view from up top allowed us to see the marina and the beach, and watch the dolphins go by. The bikes were also so much fun, and the garage was great for our car. I am very picky with lodging, and this house delivered!! We came during Hurricane Kay, so we were glad to have such a nice house to enjoy during the torrential rain one day of our trip. Thank you!

Everything about this house was perfect. House was fully stocked, parking worked out great for our friends to visit. Kids had a blast at the beach, watching sunsets on the roof top and sleeping on the bunk beds. Can’t wait to come back next year. The owners were super accommodating. Amazing !!!!!

Home away from home
We have stayed at many rental houses. This house was the most stocked home we have ever stayed in, by far. They leave what previous guests have supplied like oil, spices, storage bags, etc. , which made the kitchen great. No need to run out and get all the things you may need once.

Amazing Property on Mission Beach
This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was incredible. Just steps from the boardwalk and the beach. And the house was so well laid out, clean and well-stocked. We rent every year in Mission Beach for the summer and we will definitely be back. And a bonus, you really can get three good size cars parked on property. We have never had that in any other rental.

Very inviting 3-story house in North Mission Beach. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. A gas fireplace! Open the doors and listen to the waves crashing. Walk to restaurants easily. There are 4 cruiser bikes, each with a lock. Very fun to ride along the coast on the paved sidewalk, as you go past the runners, walkers, and strollers. We went on the epic roller coaster a mile south at Belmont Park. We ate at so many excellent restaurants, many within a brief walk. There are stairs, so if that’s a problem, look elsewhere. The 3rd floor deck is great for a yoga session or an outdoor lunch.
