About this house rental
Nestled in Mission Beach, this charming house for $511 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You do not want to miss out on staying at this oceanfront house! Open floor plan with stunning beachfront views! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of comfortable seating and private patio to enjoy the breathtaking views! 1st bedroom has a trundle twin bed and queen bed. Small TV in the room. 2nd room has twin bunks and a double bed with a dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom is the master, complete with a king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request. Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned before your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. **We have a 3-night minimum** PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR UPSTAIRS UNIT, VRBO LISTING 208568. Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival- this beach house is much better in person. Right on the boardwalk for people watching/walking /biking etc. Patio is tucked on the side which gives some privacy and also blocks the wind if the mornings are chilly. A nice table to play games outside and watch the sunset. Beautiful front windows bring the natural light in and great ocean views!

This property is Mission Beach perfection! Once we were there, we never wanted to leave. The view is amazing- the house is large enough for a big group and the people of Mission Beach makes for the best people watching around. We love this house and the communication is top notch.

We enjoyed this house so much, it is the perfect location! Very easy to get down to the beach, right across the boardwalk and even with little kids it was easy to carry everything down.
Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants which is great since parking at the beach can be challenging.
House is spacious so you don't feel like you are on top of each other - we had 5 adults and 2 kids under 5 years old and we had no problem putting them to bed and moving around the house without waking them up.

We had 10 people and had a great time. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our kids and grand kids. We really enjoyed the location. Walk out the door and you're on the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of chairs, towels and beach toys. We would come back again. Teri and Becky were very easy to work with.

This property is in great condition and has a lot of space. Everything was stocked nicely and had whatever we needed. The view in the front and windows lining the boardwalk were the best part. We loved our stay there.

We had the best time staying at the beach house! It’s literally right in front of the sand. The house is larger than what the pictures show. It is a cute, very clean house with plenty of towels and beds for everyone! We were able to have our morning coffee watching the waves and eat dinner watching the sunset over the water. It was gorgeous! We could even watch our kids play in the sand from our front window!
Teri allowed us to “check in” early since we were already in Old Town. It was great to get some extra beach time in! The grill worked great and the fire table was amazing to have a glass of wine and watch the waves after the kids went to bed.
Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards were available to use too!
I really have no complaints about the house other than the renters above us were super loud starting at 6 in the morning. But that isn’t Teri’s fault at all and we didn’t mention it to her.
We definitely want to return and would rent the top unit next time!

Communication was very fast and kind even when I missed the email about checkin they were very kind in responding. The place was clean and spacious. There were six of us total and plenty of beds. We saw dolphins every morning and it was so nice to wake up to the sounds of waves. Only issue you may have is it is loud at night on the weekends because of all the people on the walkway but honestly I didn't hear them while sleeping.

It is modest and cozy Vs a brand new gaudy beach house and my group of 5 fully appreciated its charm. We could not have been happier with our rental choice.

The house was as shown and described in the listing. The owners were quick to answer any questions. The house is very well equipped and clean. The bed linens are very nice, mattresses and pillows very comfortable. Bedrooms are larger than other beach houses I've rented. I would gladly rent here again, and look forward to returning at some point.
Although they were no problem for our family group, there are a couple things to be aware of. The placement of the bathroom in the upper unit is through the second bedroom. That's the only access to the upstairs bathroom.
In the lower level, the 3rd bedroom, off the garage, has odd door placements. It's a bit difficult to describe, but the stairs going to the upper unit end at the landing beside this bedroom. When the doors are closed, this landing with the stairs are inside the bedroom. It's not a problem unless kids might be a little scared of the dark stairway. Our grandkids were fine with it, as long as a the stairway light was left on.
We had a 4-generation family group, and rented both units together. The vintage kitchens and bathrooms brought back many memories of family homes from the past. The upper deck is the perfect spot to watch the ocean. We saw dolphins every day, pelicans, gulls, and even a sea lion.
Our family made wonderful memories here. From grandchildren to great-grandmother, this house was just right for our family stay.

This house was in a perfect location. Walking distanctance to restaurants and bars and a few steps away from the boardwalk and beach. We loved the beachy feel of the house and the view out the windows especially at sunset.

Our family loved this place. Beautiful ocean views, steps to the water, short walking distance to shops, food, etc.. Great communication with Becky. Boardwalk was always busy but fun to people watch. We door dashed extra supplies/drinks/ice so we didn't lose our parking on Mission Blvd. which worked out great. Just an overall wonderful , relaxing vacation. Can't wait to go back!
