Absolutely wonderful place to stay , lovely room spotlessly clean as was everywhere else. The pool area is a fantastic place to relax and to top it all off there's the owner pete a nicer gentleman you'll never meet, who can not do enough for you full of local knowledge and advice if you ask him would definitely go back

Breakfast is excellent, regarding quality, choice and freshness. Host contacted us via text prior to arrival to find out what we liked for the continental breakfast choice. On the final day, the host Pete even had sliced the tomatoes differently, having noticed how I cut mine, on the previous mornings. Great attention to detail! The villa itself is stunning and the host is super friendly, with great local knowledge. There are no more than two rooms let out, at the one time, so this is a very economical way to have a beautiful, peaceful stay, in a stunning villa, with no hotel hassle of "putting towels down on sunbeds" and overcrowding. The pool is beautiful, and everything is exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay again!

Extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful owner. Excellent breakfasts and bar! Quiet, peaceful place, walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. Bus to the beach, a few minutes. I recommend, perfect relaxation.

Superb continental breakfast each day served on the terrace with a smile. Pool was great and really well maintained. Aircon very efficient. Our host, Pete, was brilliant - felt like we were staying with family!

Pete's Place was excellent. It exceeded my expectations due to Pete himself being an excellent host. His attention to detail was second to none and he was very helpful with anything asked of him. The property was immaculate and very homely. Highly recommended.

breakfast was excellent, pete the host always asking if there was anything we would like more, pete went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, even picked us up and dropped of at airport when let down by local taxi company, great imformation on local area, cheers pete see you soon.

Lovely Host, who looked after everything and always happy to share local knowledge. It was less than 10 minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and amenities.
I was really doing WFV (working from Villa) rather than WFH. I had oodles of WiFi to host really big video conferences and all the peace to continue working, while dipping in the awesome pool in between meetings.
And, the breakfast was lovely too.
Pete is a magnificent host.

Nice breakfast of your choice, served exactly on requested time, freshly prepared. Pete is very kind, helpful and has a lovely personality. House is very clean and well maintained with large beautiful garden. Lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower and pool bar is definitely plus. We had drinks anytime we wanted and only for 1€! Plenty to choose from and also ice cream is available.

Relatives and I needed a rental property in La Marina and Pete's place fitted the bill perfectly - not too expensive, breakfast, clean and good facilities. Pete is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him. The property is spotless and the breakfast was good. Pete even arranged to collect my sister from the airport for a small fee. A good base for the area and Pete is all of local knowledge.
