The only reason I gave 9 vs a 10 was a staff member gave wrong information to a location and it cost us 20 Euros. We could have walked 2 or 3 blocks.
Everything else was Excellent!

Stayed at this hotel twice before, hotel in good location in easy walking distance to most sights and close by metro for further away ones. Also train station in walking distance as well as many restaurants etc. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast.
Allot of services seem to be getting relocated at there sister hotel The Hive. Bar rarely in use, Lights no longer turned on for people to sit on roof top garden at night. When asked about this was told to make use of roof garden at Hive hotel. Don't see why a simple light could not be turned on. However despite this would still recommend and will happily use again if in Rome.
