Earlier in the week, we were booked at another location. Our last night, before heading to Florence, fell through and we needed to find another place to stay.
I found Augusta Lucilla Palace at a very good price and was the perfect location to get walk to tbe train station! We were so happy with our stay that on our way back from Florence, we canceled our last two nights that we had originally booked to stay at the ALP instead!
We had no dislikes.

Very good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean.Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea and coffee but everything else was excellent.

Comfortable rooms, great location, wonderful staff!
Maybe a bit outdated furniture

The only reason I gave 9 vs a 10 was a staff member gave wrong information to a location and it cost us 20 Euros. We could have walked 2 or 3 blocks.
Everything else was Excellent!
No issues
