Location is superb, just a couple of minutes to Termini station. Room was good for what we were paying, breakfast not inspiring, but ok. Staff were friendly. Overall, value for money was very good.

Very cozy and nice room, comes with fridge and AC, which saved in the heat of day. And there is a nice bathroom. The personal, especially the reception are very attentive and kind. The locations is good as well. The breakfast is good if you need more time on journey.
Walls are a bit thin, so you hear when cleaners are vacuuming other rooms, but if you are a morning person, it’s all good.

Great room for the price. The location was close to the train and withing walking distance to the colosseum and trevi fountain. Plenty of good restaurants, stores, and souvenir shops close by. Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. The breakfast was convenient.
The A/C was not very cold and the manager likes to keep it that way. On the first 2 days we did not have hot water. The water was freezing! I got the impression that the boiler was turned off to conserve cost. The breakfast could have been switched up a little.

Short distance from Rome Termini.
Room was on 5th Floor. Elevator was small and could only take one person with large luggage or three people without luggage. Elevator broke down a few times including on our last day which left me to carry all luggage down 5 flights of stairs
