Checking in was easy. Great location, very easy to walk everywhere. Room was spotless and serviced everyday.
Only two lifts working to service 30 floors and from prior reviews this seems to have been the case for quite some time.
We opted to downgrade to a room on the 1st floor because of the potential waiting time.
No english tv.

Really good for the price, would book again. Helpful having a studio and location was excellent.
No AC in the lobby so not ideal if you are waiting and while they have 4 lifts, only 2 work and it takes a very long time to get to you because of all the guests which wasn't great.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. Location ~10mins from center. Amazing stay in Alicante!
Maybe the elevators, as we were on the last floor.

Very good location, baggage storage if you arrive early or leaving late. Good AC
The room was clean but the bathroom always had a strong sewer smell so had to be closed all the time, when I woke up in the morning there was a cockroach living in my pants laid on the table which i only realised once it started walking on my leg. :/ Pillows were horrible, barely got any sleep on them. Luckily we were there for one night so all this was bearable.
