The room was spacious and very clean with a nice breeze. Gracias por todo Alessandra for preparing the room for us. La señorita bonita at the reception was very polite and welcoming (can’t remember the name) and she allowed us to check- in early since the room was empty. AC is fab, with tea and coffee, a bottle of water and a mini fridge is a fantastic idea. I have a great time staying in this lovely hotel.
Close to proximity to restaurants,fave landmarks, El Cortes shopping, Alicante Terminal, etc.
It’s not that I don’t like but would be nice if there’s an extra milk because 2mini milk pots for a couple who loves tea and coffee is not enough. 😊

Rooms were great, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location fine, short walk to Mushroom Street area but needs taxi to beach which was harder to get than you’d think!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the room was bigger than expected and neat. I really want to point out that the staff’s reception elevated the experience of staying here, amazing customer service. The location of the hotel was great and at a comfortable walking distance from for example the beach.
The breakfast was not good. I would not include it if I were to stay there again. There was a variation of foods as a usual breakfast buffet, but most things tasted off or bad. There were small ants on the same table as the food display.
The gym was not fully working when I was there, some of the equipment was not fully funcional.
Also there were small ants in the hotel room itself…
