Close to the airport, but quiet. Large, comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Very friendly staff from checkin to restaurant. Even made me a bland chicken and rice dinner because I was recovering from stomach bug which I so appreciated 😊

Location to attend IFEMA event was excellent.
Breakfast and service was very good.
Would like a larger gym for exercising.

Efficient stay with a reliable shuttle service and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is great—situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is very easy to walk around.
While the staff was professional and friendly to me, I did notice their service was inconsistent with the guest next to me. Overall, a highly convenient and peaceful choice.
Highly disappointing stay that did not meet expectations. Based on the glowing online reviews, I expected a nice hotel, but the property looks old, kind of dirty, and nothing like the pictures online.
The room was not clean (I found hair in the bathroom), the bed had a hole on one side, and the AC did not work properly. Given the misleading photos and poor upkeep, I would not stay here again.
