Huge modern hotel with spacious clean rooms, very close the airport. Free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. We din't opt for breakfast but we joined our friends in the break fast room for a chat. It looked very elaborate breakfast service, they served even Champagne and mimosa for the breakfast, not sure we need to pay additionally to the breakfast drinks. It is a shame that we stayed there only for the transit, hopefully we stay longer next time to explore all the facilities such as pools etc.

Lovely staff good breakfast . Spacious rooms
Had booked this hotel for a wedding we were attending and chose it because of the fitness and leisure facilities . Swimming pool was unable to use as it was freezing cold no jacuzzis available and no gym as equipment was being moved .

liked the breakfast, closeness to the airport, free shuttle service; and meal in restaurant was superb.
the staff did not consider or ask me if I was a member of Hilton Honors program; the mini bar in the room was not set up and was non -functional; no rug on the room floor; the hotel lobby and atrium really looks like a business center for business executives not for casual tourists to Madrid. Usually I am enthralled by Hilton, and have stayed at about a dozen Hiltons, in US and Caribbean. This is the first one ever that I did not love. it did not have a warm or cozy atmosphere. All about business and airport transfers.
