Lack of clear info about shuttle times from the airport. Return wasn’t available at desired time.
The room had a faint smell of humidity.
Staff was a bit argumentative about respond time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were the highlight of our stay. They picked us up with the airport shuttle less than 5 minutes after calling them and the morning after the shuttle was very punctual as well.
The rooms are clean but very basic and feel a bit empty. Not very cosy. Blankets in stead of real duvets in February was a bit cold. The walls in the exterior hotel building were thin so we experienced some noise at night.
