Shuttle bus very good. Location, breakfast and size of room were great
We brought our cases down ready to leave about an hour later which we left in reception. When we went to collect them they were gone and had been put in a storeroom. Good for security, but we didn’t know and we thought they’d been stolen. We accept the thought, we could just have been told.

Excelente opción para hospedarse cerca del Aeropuerto Barajas, el servicio de shuttle es puntual, cómodo y con personal eficiente y amable. Habitación y baño cómodos. Desayuno con abundantes opciones dulces y saladas.

The room was clean.
Location is too noisy with traffic and restaurant across the street with people talking loudly.
Hotel is very old and corridors are the opposite of inviting. The carpet should have been replaced years ago.
Regarding the hotel cafeteria, I went to check it out and it looks like a school cafeteria and the menu was very limited and pricey and I didn’t stay.
When I arrived at the airport there was no way to know when the hotel shuttle was coming and took a taxi that cost me 22 EUR for a 5 min ride.
