The Hotel, the food, clean, the beach, location,
Room is a little bit small, there was no power socket near the bed, no real toilet door😏but no a reason to not come back

From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and relaxed. We were so grateful for the dining hall managers, Ante and Marija, as they did everything they could to ensure that those in our party with allergies were confident that every meal was safe for them to eat.
The entertainment was well thought through, there was something for everyone. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the kids were having a good time.
The hotel is well located.
We were at this hotel for 10 nights. The male staff at the pool bar were grumpy for 9 out of 10 of those!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because it offers so many activities for children. The hotel is large and there is always something going on. I would especially like to highlight the kids’ animation team. The animators work very hard to make children’s stay enjoyable, with games, entertainment and different activities throughout the whole day and evening. There is also a swimming school for children, which is a great addition.
The swimming pool is excellent, and the sandy beach is located right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for families. The water slide at the pool is a particular attraction — not only for children but also for adults!
Our room was spacious, and we were actually given a larger room than the one we had originally booked, which we really appreciated. Thank you for that!
The food was excellent, fresh and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. There was also a very good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
There are, however, a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, the pool area is not very accessible for people with disabilities or families with baby strollers. There is no easy access around the pool, so you have to take a longer route or carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Also, there is only one elevator in the entire hotel, and it can take quite a long time to get it, especially during busy periods.
Unfortunately, on our last day, my husband and I both suffered what seemed to be food poisoning, with vomiting and diarrhea. We cannot say for certain what caused it, but it was an unpleasant way to end our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would particularly recommend this hotel to families with children. The entertainment, kids’ activities, pool, beach and variety of food are definitely its biggest strengths.

The nice bar that was always quiet! The evening meals were very good in all inclusive as were the snacks and lunch. Concierge was good. The rooms were basic but fine. Loads of space for sun beds which was nice.
Breakfast we didn’t enjoy as much. The beach nearby - the sea smelt and we didn’t want to go in it which was a real shame.
It wasn’t for us with teens- it’s very much geared for young kids which we didn’t realise. This meant lots of them running about and loads of noise around the pool table which is the one thing the teens wanted to use, but even that wasn’t a good one and the cues were broken!
