Really good accommodation. I totally recommend it!

Window view: the room is on the first floor, with a view of the street.

Great room with everything you needed for comfort. Free mini-bar stocked with 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of peach iced tea and 1 can of coke. Fridge also has ice-making facilities. Spa bath very relaxing. Tea and coffee making facilities, including creamer / UHT milks. Plenty of towels and bath robes. Be aware that it takes about 20 mins to walk into the main part of Zadar. Free parking outside (assuming you can find a space). Surrounding area is not in keeping with the level of luxury these rooms provide - they do seem a little out of place, but I would stay here again if visiting Zadar. Was not obvious how to get into the building as we tried entering at the door on the corner - there are no reception staff so it is all via a door code. Telephoned the number advertised, and it was answered quickly and instructed to go round to the double doors on the main street - good communication.

The surrounding area was not in keeping with the level of luxury that these rooms provided. The shower did not have a door and so the bathroom got very wet - odd design!

Room was very clean and staff was extra friendly and gave us free mini bar. You will feel like staying in hotel. It is 10 minutes walk from old town.

Room is not ventilated enough it was pretty hot even we didn t go in summer. The bath tub is great feature but not worth extra money. I would not choose this apartment during summer because it is in road level and you can not open window, no balcony, AC will kill you if you want to survive.
