The pool setup was perfect. Chairs, umbrellas and easy access to the ocean. The pool was also spotless and refreshing as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

One of the most relaxing stays I’ve ever experienced. Located perfectly on the sea front with a lovely pool area and plenty of seating/sun beds in the garden. A wonderful view from the balcony. Brilliant staff who made us feel welcome and gave the whole place a real relaxed feel. Everything about the villa was ideal for us. Handily placed shops and short walk to activities, bus and easy to get a taxi too and from Zadar.
I cannot recommend this place enough the sunsets were to die for

View from the room was fantastic.
Position was quite nice
Really good that in front of the villa there is a public beach
No elevator. The rooms are at the 1st and 2nd floor and you nee to carry everything by yourself.
No parking in the hotel, you need to park in a public place, 5 minutes walk away
No option for breakfast, or chance to eat something.
Noisy room due to noisy pipes (I assumed) and the mini-fridge (which was anyway empty)
Pillows are old and not of a good quality.
