The Vibe, staff and location are all exceptional. Well run, nice breakfast, the wine happy hour was well attended and adding to the experience.
Only the ventilation in the bathroom was a challenge. No extraction to remove the steam from the area.

It's a cute, boutique-y hotel with a great location and vibe. Loved the happy hours, and the breakfast space. Awesome and attentive staff.

Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel's location is also very special, since it's central but not at the same time on a relatively quiet neighborhood.
Price is extremely expensive compared to what we get. The interior part of the building is simply old, some sockets not working. No ironing equipment anywhere. Laundry service is only available in the morning, since the hotel outsources that service. Personnel is not super nice. We asked for 1 hour late checkout, and the lady working there immediately told us that 1 hour late checkout is subject to 100 DKK penalty, without checking the rooms' occupancy on that day. Also the breakfast finishes at 11, we knew it already, it was clear since the crew started to clear the restaurant at 10:40. Then around 10:45, they told us that the breakfast finishes at 11, and implied that we need to be quick. We didn't know that we have to leave the restaurant. Since usually the ending time means the end of the service, not the end of the physical presence in the restaurant.
We had to stay here since it was a last time decision to go to Copenhagen and we didn't have many choices. But I wouldn't stay here again with this high prices. They should either decrease the prices or increase the quality of the service and the number of amenities greatly.
