What is there not to like! A beautiful facility with the attention to detail that most hotels do not seem to care about today. We arrived early and were allowed into our room after a short wait - completely unexpected but appreciated. Everything was top notch and the breakfast was wonderful.

Location is 10/10. Next to Tivoli Garden, metro station, Hop in Hop off bus station, food markets and etc. We took room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) - it was enough space for us. I have read comments about hotel being old and not renovated, but we couldn't feel anything bad about this - we found it very authentic.
Sofa bed was not comfortable and very noisy, also train station is next to hotel so you can always hear trains.

The room and bathroom was so so clean. Very spacious room.
Not for big family since it's only one lift that each time only can carry 4 passengers.

Staff were very helpful & friendly.
Good location if arriving/departing by train. We happily walked or rode bikes to all the major tourist spots.
The bar had a lovely atmosphere and had a jazz trio on Fri & Sat nights.
The property is an old heritage style building which has its problems. The lift is from a bygone era, which has a lovely classic appearance but is slow & wouldn’t pass OH&S standards in many countries. We had to change rooms because our toilet malfunctioned & water pressure on the top floors is poor. Keeping such a property up to standards would be hard. They have obviously had many complaints about noise because they provide you with ear plugs on the bedside tables (we didn’t feel the need to use them). Frustrating that you have to pay such high Copenhagen pricing for pretty average room facilities.
