Staff were very helpful particularly when I accidentally booked a 1 night stay for the wrong date. They sorted it out without any fuss whatsoever.

Location and pool
The room needed a good clean it was filthy up the walls amd bathroom door needed wiping down bed was quite uncomfortable, bedroom.furniture looked like it needed help too!
