The location is perfect, not too far from chester station and it's situated right in the city.
The room was clean apart from several empty brandy bottles in one of the TV cabinet drawers. Other than that it was great.

We had an issue with our toilet not flushing. This was immediately attended to by the very helpful receptionist, who organised the maintenance team to come and see what the problem was. It is an old building and it worked after he left, but just took a very long time to fill up after use. Knowing this helped.
The breakfast was excellent, however, the staff did not know that we had breakfast included with our booking.
The staff were very attentive, once this was rectified.
The travel directions and car park arrangements worked well.
Lovely big roo
We had tea and coffee in the room, but a biscuit would have been great, as we had had a long drive to get there-- 4.5 hours.
We didn't know that it was Race weekend--Chester was extremely busy.
