The location is great, easy to find, and right opposite a car park—which is very convenient, though a bit pricey. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable one-night stay. It is clear the host truly cares about their guests' comfort.
The stay was comfortable, but a few minor adjustments would greatly improve the guest experience. While the bed was comfy, it was a bit noisy when moving around. For the welcome pack, the coffee tasted a little stale; adding a small biscuit or treat would be a lovely touch. Finally, receiving the check-in instructions a day in advance would be much better than getting them on the day of arrival, as traveling can be quite rushed and stressful.

Good location. Comfy bed.
Every inch has been decorated. Shower room was modern and looked nice.
Bedroom we stayed in was really small and suffocating, no fan supplied either. Wall plugs are dodgy . Bathroom was like a sauna after a shower. We could hear a person in the room upstairs from us snoring loudly.
We had booked two rooms, one was upstairs- the orher on ground floor. In order to move from one room to the other we had to go out the front door around outside of the property and in through the back door as the owner had locked all the communal rooms and passage way in the house which felt very strange.
Owner is intense.As there is a photo of the kitchen in the pics on booking.com we had assumed that this could be used during the stay- it wasnt. When I asked if it could be used she became very defensive stating that we would usually pay £1000 for two rooms with the use of a kitchen! Her response was not warranted as the question was only asked due to false advertisement.
We were warned several times to put the chain back on the back gate. All in all it made the experience quite tense and not relaxing at all.
Two cars were parked in thw court yard which is where the outside seating area is placed therefore not usable when we were getting ready to go out.
