Great location, close to central station and city centre. (We walked everything) Friendly staff especially during breakfast. We had our baby daughter with us and they were really quick to bring us a high chair. The food was also really good.

This was a very well appointed city centre hotel., situated in a quiet district but within easy walking distance of the Hannover Hauptbahnhof. Staff seemed friendly and very professional. Our family room was spacious and fitted out to a high standard, and the coffee machine was a nice touch.
The bar/lounge area, next to the reception, offered contemporary and comfortable surroundings with attentive service. We also enjoyed the breakfast service, which was very well presented with excellent choice. The gym and sauna offered great facilities, spotlessly clean and very quiet too.
We couldn't really fault this place. I felt the rate offered good value for money, all things considered. Our only comment, is that the reception was perhaps a little slow at times, often being covered by just one staff member.

the location was super good
not sure. the entire floor smelled like cigarettes, we had to ask to be moved, whatever. in the end it was just fine. nothing to right home about, you get your money's worth and that's just fine.
