Room was small - good for one person - breakfast was good with a nice selection

Great value for money, amazing service (far above average in Germany), convenient location, very good breakfast and check-out until 12.
The location might be noisy (people partying and yelling on the weekend), but that was to be expected from close proximity to Hbf and city centre.

Location perfect for me, right opposite the central train station. Extremely good value for what it has to offer. Cafe restaurant outside very friendly and chilled.
Slightly limited menu in cafe restaurant and for breakfast.

Location was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.
It was very warm the night we stayed and because there is no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open which meant it was very noisy. Between the heat and the noise I didn't get much sleep.
The elevator quit working - luckily after we got our bags upstairs - but that was very inconvenient when leaving as the elevator was still not fixed.
