The room was very spacious and the amenities in the bathroom were great. The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was perfect. The parking in the back was great and very safe.
The door on the bathroom was see through and allowed light through if you used it. Breakfast started too late for us to enjoy it. I wish they would have started it earlier.

Location!, location, location! Parking on property. AC!!!!!!! Very dog friendly too! Loved that both of our rooms were decorated differently but very chic. The old elevator aesthetic is beautiful. Loved how they managed to blend in the old and new. There was some construction going on but it didn’t detract from our experience or comfort. Hopefully it’ll make it an even updated hotel!
The only negative I have to say is that we had two rooms and one had an AC unit that was not cooling enough compared to the other room.

Good location
The correspondence from the hotel was awful. I booked this stay for my husband and son for a business trip and needed to make some changes plus add a room to my booking. No one answers the phone when I called, on numerous occasions and no one replied to my messages. Booking.com also could not get a response.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service and very unprofessional.
