Convenient and safe location, available parking, nice breakfast and waiting hall, ample rooms, very friendly staff.
The room could benefit from some additional furnitures for its size, the bathroom would benefit from some renovation, the cleaning staff should wait later to start cleaning (not 8:30 on Sunday) to avoid waking up guests.
