Hotel has on-site parking which made it safe to leave my vehicle while I took the line A metro into central Rome. The Arco di Travertino metro station is about 100 m away and easy to access. The hotel has a nice continental breakfast and there are a few restaurants in the area for dinner. I don't know about lunch options nearby since I was in central Rome for lunch. The hotel doesn't have a large lobby area but there is a nice outside seating area. I visited near the New Year's holiday and there were chairs outside for use. It was too cool for me to use that outside space, but others did. The room had a comfortable double bed. They allowed my dog for a small fee, and they were very dog friendly.
I was tracking I would be charged separately, before checkout, for my dog but I didn't know the room taxes would also be charged separately.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly!
The location of the hotel is a little more than one block from the subway entrance, it is very convenient to reach downtown fast.
I have no complains at all.

It was excellent! Do not be fooled by the look of the neighborhood around it (lots of graffiti). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We walked around at night several times and had no issues. Only 3 minutes walk from the Arco di Travertino Metro Station, which itself is only about a 10 minute ride from Termini station. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff was was helpful. Property has an elevator, which is rare.

Great little hotel on the outskirts of Rome with good transport links to the city centre.
Worth staying here if you want to save money on accommodation.
Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
Rooms could be a bit larger.
