La habitación está bien,la ubicación para ir al winzim center fenomenal.pero he visto habitaciones parecidas mucho más baratas.el desayymo carísimo El baño la ducha solo tiene una lamima y se sale el agua.

El baño podría tener mampara doble.

La amplitud y confort del hotel me gustó mucho así como su fabuloso buffet de desayuno.

No me gustó que yo había hecho una reserva no reembolsable para pagar en el hotel y unos días antes de la fecha de reserva recibí un correo por el que se me pedía que actualizase los datos de la tarjeta o pagase para que no me cancelasen la reserva.Por tanto tuve que pagar por adelantado y hablar con el hotel y esas no eran las condiciones establecidas en el precio de la web de booking a la expectativa de que en esos días se anunció por la televisión una estafa con las tarjetas a través de la aplicación de booking. Esto es lamentable.

Great stay, nice staff, comfortable with good amenities. Would definitely repeat.

The staff is really nice, they went out of their way to make our stay special. All staff were very kind to us and our child throughout our stay, but the highlight was a special birthday surprise waiting for me in our room even though no one had asked them to do that. It was their own initative, and it was a complete surprise that really made my day. This really stands out given it part of a large chain of hotels. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. Breakfast was great, lots and lots of options and the staff stays on top of keeping everything full and clean. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a good job, the staff is attentive and responsible. We had a great stay.

The Wifi signal is a little weak at times.

Second time I've stayed here and it's really really good. 30 mins walk or 10mins from centre of Madrid. Easy parking and fantastic breakfast

Great place to Stay in Madrid

Great hotel in great, less touristy location. Walking distance to Dali plaza, restaurants, shops and playgrounds. Loved the balcony and the rooms were large, quiet and very comfortable

Perfect place to relax in Madrid

Exceptional service. Very welcoming and helpful staff at check in/out, breakfast and throughout the hotel. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony area. We loved the bar and sun lounge area, with the fans blowing water mist it was the perfect hide out from the Sun! The location is a little distant from some of the more tourism based things during the day, but very close to 2 metro stops and easy to get around. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

Incredible breakfast buffet. Everything you could possibly desire. Super location in the area of Salamanca. 24h room service.

The hotel is pricy. Our room lock was broken and itbthe staff many attempts to finally repair it. Somewhat unsatisfactory.

A good hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Good facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

I asked to include an extra adult in my room. Told me there was an extra charge of 60 euros per night. I accepted. When I got the bill it was over 300 euros extra. The room had been upgraded, which was extra, and then the surcharge was added. I had not been told this until later. I have accepted this, but communication should be clear from the start.
