Great stay at the Crowne Plaza. We arrived off an early flight and got checked in by the amazing Paloma. She couldn't do enough for us. Spacious room, complimentary water in room and air conditioning was a blessing.
Breakfast had plenty variety to pick from, coffee was good.
We ate at the hotel one night and food was tasty with extremely pleasant staff.
Had small bites in the bar area, great service.
Hotel is located near the Metro for ease of getting about.
Loved our stay, and will be back next time we are in Madrid.

Staff helpful , and rooms very clean
I was in the room 816 , the light bolts in the bathroom were burnout ,
We didn’t have internet in the room ,the staff in the reception area said that they were working on that , I got internet the night before I let.
The safe was out of work and my passport was in the safe , and the technician came to open the safe 7:20 AM and my taxi was scheduled for 8 AM to take me to the airport.

Location and great staff.
The AC wasn’t cold enough at night. We were not able to adjust the room temperature as it was controlled by the building.

Breakfast was excellent. While the location was a little remote, it was very close to public transportation.
Most of my opinion may have been shaded by the renovation work in the lobby/elevators. We were offered an "upgrade" in our room selection in exchange for waiving the daily housekeeping services. The assigned room did not seem to meet the upgrade promised. It was small, there were visibly chips or damage on the walls, there were no usb ports, not washcloths in the bathroom, towel rack warmer did not work, tv was dated and remote control was limited in its functions. Bed size was great although it seemed to slope, pillows were extremely soft/limited in support, closet shelves were dusty
