Location is perfect! It is located in heart of barrio Salamanca - restaurants, bars, shopping area. You can also go by 10 min walk to the Retiro park, Gran via etc.
I would say that even though it is an old hotel, it can be cleaned better.

They gave us a terrible room. The rooms are old. Too much noise in the morning.
