Very friendly staff, great breakfast and a horel in a perfect location in Madrid for visiting major attractions (Royal Palace, Prado) and for shopping.
It did not have a gym.

Lovely family room, excellent brakfast, kind staff, very good location walking distance to main sight seeing. Also the metro and bus are very close.
The area where hotel is very lively, infront many bars where young people gather especially at night, so it can be bothering when sleeping.

The staff was incredibly friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. My dad has difficulty walking, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was beautiful, and we really enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service!

Breakfast was good for this class of hotel. However, there is minimal service and the airconditioning is so weak. I guess this is to be expected, as the price is also cheaper.
Friendly staff but absolutely no service or assistance provided. Room was large by Madrid standards but interiors were quite cheap.
