Hotel was in a very central location. The room was smallish but spotless with a very modern bathroom. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly, allowed me to leave my bags for a few hours and called me a taxi when I needed it.

Breakfast was good for this class of hotel. However, there is minimal service and the airconditioning is so weak. I guess this is to be expected, as the price is also cheaper.
Friendly staff but absolutely no service or assistance provided. Room was large by Madrid standards but interiors were quite cheap.
