Perfekt! Alles sehr aussergewöhnlich gut. FÜNF Sterne von mit. Empfang, Rezeption, Bar, Frühstück, Zimmer, Restaurant - alles unfassbar gut. Dazu der Spa Bereich - alles sehr besonders. Die Sauberkeit war 110%!!! Das erlebt man nicht immer.

A lot of money for a bad nights sleep. Recommend requesting a room away from the street.

Beautifully renovated property .

It was incredibly noisy , we were in a room over the Main Street and the noise was not blocked by the balcony doors. It is a popular area for night life and the shouting and noise went right through the night .

Great location. Great staff. Rooms are good. Just don’t eat in the restaurant.

Location. Bar was good. Room was decent size and very clean.

Doesn’t have a pool ( knew that of course but was a downside). Lighting in bathroom poor and shower arrangement caused leakage to floor. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Only went last night as had an early flight next day. Was truly not good.

beautiful ambience, smell of lilies upon entry, pool was wonderful, location perfect with access to many restaurants and stores, staff were attentive and friendly - loved it!

a lovely hotel clearly 5 star except for our room which was hugely disappointing

the bar and lobby areas were beautiful elegant and comfortable

some of the reception staff were aloof and our room was very disappointing

A luxurious treat after traveling on a budget.

Understated luxury

There seemed to be an issue with the toilet in my room. The morning I was leaving it would not flush. Again, I believe the issue was there before I arrived.

Staff is extremly friendly, from concierge to cleaning, everyone ! Very elegant hotel, good daily cleaning. Mini Spa but also very elegant.

Buffet for breakfast is okay but pretty expensive (33€)

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Madrid

Amazing location, beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and lovely little touches. Great staff, so helpful and kind. Like the welcome drink too.

The spa was beautiful but too cold for my liking. I didn’t spend as much time as I usually do in spa facilities here because I felt cold!

Spa included. The location. The design. The staff. The food.

This is only to be very particular! We loved our stay. We found it difficult to keep asking for enough filtered drinking water and ordering so much bottled water from room service was not ideal. The beds were absolutely fine, but softer would be more comfortable. And this is just dreaming - but with all the space available in the spa area, it would be so incredible if you could add an infrared sauna.
