Location was leafy, quiet and felt safe. Proximity to Retiro Park and Metro system a bonus. Staff (especially Rebecca) were all charming, happy and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, breakfast room was comfy and inviting and waiting staff efficient and friendly. Vibe of hotel was up-market but not stuffy. Everything a good boutique hotel should be. Would definitely recommend.

Very much except for the old elevator that did not work if someone have not
Closed bothdoors: the wood one and the metal one
The room cleaning was not done until
So late , on our last night, that we had to ask not to clean it

Great location with cool boutiques and restaurants right there. Easy to get taxis. Stylish interior.
The elevator does not work consistently. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were a major disappointment . Lots of noise in the bedroom hallways. For the money, I’d look elsewhere next time.
