The hotel is relatively new and nice design.
The staff were really friendly and attentive.
The views from the the restaurant at the top are lovely. The breakfast was spectacular.
We took two beers from the mini bar and whilst drinking realized they were expired. They did not charged the beers after we check out though.

Absolutely beautiful lobby and rooms, so warm and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. Truly felt like a much more expensive hotel. Will definitely try to stay here again if I am back in Madrid.
