Room size (including bathroom) was very good, bed super comfortable, very quiet throughout the day and a very decent breakfast. Location for my needs was great.
While the breakfast is overall good, some items were not replenished as required. Underground parking price is on a high side, considering the public parking in front of the hotel is free.

Intermittent wifi connection inside the room, couldn't connect laptop or iPad.

New refurbishment.
Not being able to purchase a beer at 10.30pm. Something to do with cash system. Offered to pay cash or add to room. But no. No drink after a long day travelling. Very poor service, but other than that glitch very good. Perhaps receptionist needs some training I hospitality!

Friendly and helpfull staff and so close to the 10 Metro Line
Heating system was not working properly, and strongly dissapointed that there was a noise sound at 08.23 in the morning. We've just learned that there was an renovation construction work at the same time so there was plenty of mess and so much noise from the workers of the construction company. :(
