la amplitud de las instalaciones
el mantenimiento, persianas que no bajan, desagüe del lavabo casi atascado, faltaba jabón de manos y de ducha

Me gustó la amabilidad de las personas de recepción, muy agradables y comunicativas. Habían muchos perritos en el edificio y eso me encantó, es un edificio pet-friendly :)
No me gustó que en 4 noches no hubiese servicio de habitaciones para reponer toallas, papel higiénico o cambiar las sábanas…
Tampoco había papel de cocina ni servilletas, el suelo estaba súper sucio y el colchón y almohadas muy incómodas. Salí con dolor de espalda :(
Por el precio que se paga y la ubicación pienso que le faltan muchas cosas simples y básicas.
