AC Hotel San Sebastián de los Reyes by Marriott

Standard hotel, served its purpose.

Rooms are not soundproof and I was disturbed during my sleep at 1-2am by loud tv and talking and laughing. Someone had also made noodles in my kettle prior to my stay, this was obviously not checked or cleaned. No apology given staff just changed my kettle. Has to ask for replacement tea bag as previous one was ruined. Bottle of kettle water wasn’t replaced either after noodles mishap. So staff did not care nor resolve the issue properly. Fitness centre was merely a small room, set of weights that only went up to 10kg. 2 treadmills and a bike. So not much at all. 1-2 people could use at a time.

Clean and room was perfect

No black tea on second morning for breakfast I brought one down from room on third morning

Breakfast was very bland egg was tasteless and mild warmth at best and not as much selection for cooked foods compared to the many marriotts I’ve stayed at in the uk. Only one member of staff on reception, other staff member was sat in the back room and could see there was people waiting to check in but didn’t help
