The property was well decorated. Room was clean and felt very comfortable during my stay. A short distance to the Valencia Science museum which was convenient for our stay.

Hotel was generally clean, decor was good. Staff in the ground floor bar were attentive
Some areas in bedroom and bathroom showed wear and tear. Menu in rooftop bar did not adequately describe food I.e. pork belly was actually nachos with bacon on top. Reception staff unable to perform basic reception activities. Booked breakfast for full stay but was advised each morning that we weren't listed for it, although appeared on the bill. Also requested a late check out when we arrived were notified of the extra cost but on final day we checked this had been applied and were told no, requested again and advised that we needed to vacate an hour earlier than the original time given, and that this would be free, we did this and then were charged the original amount.
