The staff is very nice and helpful.I had to check out at 05:45 and they had prepared breakfast for me and the driver took me to the train station.
The hotel has amazing swimming pool.They also have pool table,tennis court and gym.
The room was well furnished and was very clean.
The location of the hotel is good, next to the sunnega-rothorn station and about 10 min walk from the centre and the train station.
i liked everything, i have nothing to complain about.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff were very friendly, we received a free upgrade. The spa facilities are great. Breakfast is generous. The property is very clean and well located.

-We selected the mountain range (or what they call it) room ..The view of Matterhorn was fantastic from the balcony. You could enjoy a late evening drink with a fantastic view from the balcony.
-Room size is decent, and we were able to watch FIFA World Cup games as well in the late night, the TV was modern!

Privacy on the balcony: The hotel is located very close to the neighboring property, and the balconies face each other directly. Guests on both sides can easily look into one another's balconies, which makes the space feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Perhaps some form of privacy screening, frosted panels, or strategically placed curtains could be installed to reduce direct visibility, although I'm not sure what solution would be most practical.
