CERVO made our entire experience in Zermatt many levels better and truly unforgettable. The entire resort is quite unique compared to the rest of the hospitality offerings in Zermatt. I personally very much appreciated their focus on peaceful spaces, mindfulness, and sustainability. Every corner of the resort is beautiful, well thought-through and maintained to a very high level of cleanliness and detail.
Our room was amazingly maintained each day, very thoughtfully decorated and conveniently close to all the shared spaces - the spa, the restaurants, breakfast and the terrace.
The staff are probably the best I have seen out of any place I have traveled to - impressively energetic, positive, thoughtful and always ready to answer any question with a big smile. A special shout out to a staff member from the morning shift - she was incredibly helpful answering all our questions about hiking routes!
Another special shout out goes to Chef Max Vetter from The Bazaar, to whom I am very grateful for his kindness and for going above and beyond preparing special meals for me for 3 dinners in a row, as I got a bit sick during our stay. This was truly impressive and really helped me to get better quickly. On that note, The Bazaar is definitely highly recommended for dinners - loved the atmosphere, the music, the whole experience!

Amazing spa, staff, and location. This hotel is an absolute treat to stay at. The breakfast was incredible and the dining options plentiful with high-quality service and food. Can’t get over how good the location was right at the elevator that goes down to the main streets of Zermatt. Well, it may be intimidating at first going from the train to the hotel by hotel transfer you soon find out how great the location actually is with the elevator access. Plenty to do around servo very cool rooms and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were extremely helpful and the spa was excellent.
We stayed in the Nomad region of the hotel, and I found the bed rather uncomfortable compared to other hotels on this trip.
