Good location, clean comfortable room.
Upon arrival, elevator was broken. It was difficult to carry luggage.

loved the location!! walked easily over from the train station with luggage. they do offer pick up and drop off. amazing views from the room. the breakfast buffet was amazing!! the staff were very helpful and hospitable.

Nice spacious room with views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is included and should not be missed! Appreciated the fact that they have a small kitchen with microwave and dishes downstairs in case you want to bring in some food to be reheated.
We had an end room under the sloped roof. It made the bathroom a bit awkward especially stepping into the tub/shower.
