The hotel was very conveniently located near the main and Gornegrat train stations but still very quiet. The hotel had a nice spa that we enjoyed one evening. The breakfast buffet was very extensive.
We booked a Matterhorn view room and could only see the very tip of it, plus there was a huge crane right in front of the view. The room was very small and while it contained cupboard space with sliding doors it was not well organized so it was hard to store all our stuff.

Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely registration and bar area. Extremely clean and quiet
A little bit of train noise as it was in close proximity to the train station. But also a plus if you have luggage.
