Quiet location, great vibe, amazing helpful staff and fantastic property with great amenities, spa and very spacious rooms, and the main and the best part….Our room was a Matterhorn facing room and ohh boy..what a beautiful view. Can be seen in the images I have shared.

The reception staffs are quite helpful, and the cuisine is of a high standard. The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the railway station and offers a complimentary shuttle service for guest transfers. The room type I booked offers a partial view of the Matterhorn.

The room was large.
The staff were pleasant - some more than others.
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful
The room had slanted ceilings that were low & I often bumped my head. There was no air-conditioning so I had to leave the patio door open & there was a baby crying all night and other sounds.
The beds were uncomfortable & small. The bed duvet was noisy and cumbersome.
I would have preferred a second sheet or light blanket.
