I liked the quirky movie themed rooms and the dining room, with a silent movie running during breakfast time was a brilliant touch. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who put up with us arriving without a reservation. Our room had everything we needed and a cool biker theme, perfect for my mid-life crisis husband

good location for weekend stay

Front desk is very helpful. Easy access to the metro station. Movie theme rooms are very colourful and nicely done. Walking distance for the Salamanca district.

We had to change rooms as the one offered was not suitable to stay in. The manager was really helpful with this. The room offers 2 small bottles of water, but no coffee or teamaker. The water bottles were not replaced the 2nd day. The duvet cover is very thin, with the AC on it gets too cold. Bar staff had a lot of attention for each other.

Great hotel, but more like a nice 3 star hotel than a proper 4 star hotel

Exceptional location in an authentic part of Madrid, away from all the tourists, yet still close enough to visit all the sites, very friendly reception, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room.

No air conditioner, window opened to back alley that smelled like fried grease and was loud, room cleaning lady was way too aggressive and kept moving all my belongings - so I opted to not have my room cleaned the last 3 days.

The cleaning lady was very nice! blond girl, the best of the hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was also good.

wifi did not work at all during my stay, I asked different staff and they did not even try to fix it or to check it. For a hotel in an area where most of the people go for work, I think this is a bad point.

Great place to stay at, it is located in a very nice neighborhood in Madrid, the room is nice, clean and it is in real life as shown on the booking website. Also, metro stations are very close, there are supermarkets nearby and a lot of restaurants to hang out.

I cannot complain about anything.

Comfortable, convenient and wellcoming staff.

The location, the functionality, the tidiness and the staff.

The only flaw was a cracking noise whenever we stepped in some parts of the floor.

Great theme hotel in a beautiful city

great location and amazing staff. Themed rooms with ambience light. Good breakfast variety and facilities.

The sink was outside the bathroom in the main room, but it was ok.

Good location but the bed frame is bad

The location is good. The price is okay for the great location

The bed frame sticking out and it’s made of metal. When I walk in the room, I got just tripped by it so many times. Painful. The desk is not very clean.

Clean, modern, comfortable with a bath!

I was pleasantly surprised. I actually expected the hotel to be cheap and cheerful, by which I mean shabby and in need of a paint. I was well painted, spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly. I booked a single room but the bed was bigger than a single but smaller than a double. Crisp white sheets and 2 lovely pillows. There was a huge TV, I was surprised, and a minibar, safe etc. The bathroom had a bath, amazing and a shower with lots of hot water. My room was at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Room 118. Everyday the bed was made like new. I'll stay again.
