Je suis ravie d'avoir réservée dans cet hôtel !

La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses ; leur équipement est absolument parfait ! C'est un vrai plaisir d'utiliser les produits de soin "Rituals". Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité avec un beau choix sucré / salé. Pour se restaurer le soir, vous pouvez aller dans un des restaurants situés dans la rue dont "Al right" et "Lamucca" qui sont très sympas : le 1er est très très copieux, les serveurs sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ; pour le second il est préférable d'y aller en dehors des heures de pointe car il est assez bruyant mais cela ne gâche en rien la qualité des plats.

S'il y a une chose, se serait la luminosité dans la chambre mais à part ça, rien à dire.

Barcelo is a hotel I will stay at over and over and over again!!!!

The breakfast had a vast array of options. From fruits, juices, croissants, quiches, meats and you could have pancakes and waffles made to order. The staff was awesome. Friendly, accommodating and generous!

Nothing!!! The accommodations were awesome. The staff did everything in their power to make things easy for us!

Gema, the hostess of the restaurant is awesome! The doormen staff are very attentive and friendly.

The reservation staff messed up our reservation, wouldn't take ownership of their mistake or offer us compensation of any kind for our trouble. The hotel also booked for a second time a group of rowdy young men who partied, yelled and moved furniture all night in the room above us. The staff said this group had previously created problems for guests. The hotel refused to offer us any discount for our lack of sleep due to the noise.

away from the hurley burley of the capital city, good transport links, efficient and friendly and attentive staff, loved the terrace and pool area, close to good bars and restaurants

Great room, very clean and comfortable. Additional bed of a very good quality. Very helpful staff and nice bar with good drinks :-) Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for tourists.

The stay in such hotel ruined my trip!

Nothing at all

I didn't like the staff specially the rude receptionist, and the room was too small and in-comfortable, knowing that I upgraded the room and paid extra fees but it was smaller than the regular room. I will never ever visit or recommend this hotel again.

My go to hotel for work

I really enjoy staying here. Staff are very friendly. Check in is always easy. The rooms are smaller than other hotels but the beds are very comfortable. Looking forward to when the rooftop bar is opened.

Both buffet breakfast and the gym are modest, but they do the job.

Really nice, clean, spacious, comfortable. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Fantastic breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

Possibly a little too far to walk to most of the better destinations in the city. But that’s being really picky.

Beautiful rooms conveniently located

Very comfortable bed and linen. Room is slightly small but perfectly adequate if you are touring Madrid. conveniently located near metro stops but also within walking distance of Gran Via and Retiro. Situated in a good and safe area of Madrid surrounded by good restaurants Staff are helpful and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The bar was a pleasant place to relax.

Excellent value for money, good location, friendly staff.

Breakfast offered a large variety of foods, and a great variety of cheese products. Also, they are providing some foods prepared on the spot (i.e. omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes, waffles). The room was comfy, and the bath was equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The room had poor natural light (it was oriented toward an internal courtyard), and the lights, even if numerous, were quite low intensity.
