Great location! Strong AC.
Very nice hotel. Sadly even though we told we are getting married, they made zero effort to make our stay special. I know this is not a must but it would be nice to come back to a nice hotel room the night after our wedding!
Pillows were awful. Checkout final bill needs to be revised as they tend to put more things on the tab. Smoking on the terrace was horrendous. We couldn’t enjoy it much. Laundry service fee was not disclosed to us in advance and we had to pay 120€. But that’s just Spanish “service”. People not disclosing their fees until late. Our room was on the first floor and interior. Not great either.

The hotel was great, very complete breakfast with variety the staffs in the restaurant were so nice and smiley and helpful.
The location was good. The decor nice and room good too
My daughter has dust allergy and had one of her crisis in the room so that means the room was not as clean or the sheet or mattress.

the pictures showing the rooms do not adjust to reality. Our Tranquility room had little light from the windows that opened onto the hotel's patio. The weak lighting in the room and bathroom is maybe cozy but not suitable for judging your shaving, or for my wife, her makeup. Although not small, the distribution is such that 2 suitcases cannot be well accomodated.
