Location was good. Stuff was helpful. Was nice to have a little pool up on the roof on these hot days
The room was quite basic. We got the room with accessible bathroom, as we have booked the twin room and that’s all they had left: however, it was impossible to have a shower without making the bathroom completely wet. At breakfast was extremely busy. And coffee is pretty horrible

Everything was good. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and we had an overall pleasant stay.
There was a very loud and constant noise coming from the pipes or ventilation system in our room. It sounded like an air conditioner running at full power and unfortunately made it quite difficult to sleep.

excellent in almost every way. lobby, services, location is outstanding.
bed size great and very comfortable. towels and robe high quality. standing shower excellent. staff at check in accommodating when I asked for later check out.
5.things. at the floors, you can feel a bit “dated” carpeting, and my room was smaller than I expected. the window overlooking what is supposed to be a “court or garden” was just a tiny space, which caused that the only place to sit (if not on the bed) was crammed between the wall and a non-usable table. I did not find USB outlets next to the bed, though there were plenty of electrical outlets. the TV not easy to operate.
