I booked a room through booking.com when I got an invite to my nieces wedding. The price i paid, was a lot more than my other family members and theirs included breakfast. For £161 breakfast should have been included. Was a lovely day, lovely location but very pricey for what you get.

Very good location. Breakfast was superb. Lovely building, nice room.
Although the spa looked amazing. I would have maybe expected a slight discount for people staying a couple of nights. I would have loved to use the pool but had to pay for a four hour session including all the other things I wouldn’t have used just my personal experience though.

The building looks fantastic and the professionalism of some of the staff was outstanding, some just okay.
On arrival after booking as travelling with pets, I was told that my very quiet, well behaved dog is only allowed in the bedroom and not in communal areas, now telling me on arrival is way too late, but that meant I was unable to eat and drink in the bar or restaurant, saved me about £150 after going to Sainsbury’s, sadly hotel lost out.
