We stayed in this cute house for an entire month. The house has a very authentic bungalow feel and the decor fits nicely. The house was well equipped with towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc. The yard/patio is private and has a grill, table and chairs for enjoying the Santa Barbara sunshine. The front porch is great for morning coffee. The master bedroom is very large. The bathroom on the smaller side but functional. The neighborhood was amazing - very interesting place to run/walk. Short walk to many neighborhood restaurants/coffeeshops. Easy drive or bike ride into the main part of SB. Great access to the freeway. Bob was easy to contact and answered lots of questions I had in the first day or two of getting settled. Overall I loved staying at this house and in this location. I would certainly rent it again.

Amazing house, definitely stay here!
Amazing house, definitely stay here!
We stayed at this beautiful house for two months and liked it so much, we're going back for another four months in 2017. The photos and description are very accurate - if anything, they undersell the house. It's a gorgeous place to stay. Every detail has been thought of and every room is very comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen is perfect for cooking up large meals, with all pots/pans/utensils you could ever need provided. The house is well maintained and the owner is very responsive if you have any issues. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but he responded immediately via all forms of communication (email, text, etc) whenever we had a question. I have no doubt that if an issue did arise, he would take care of it quickly and professionally. The location is awesome - in walking distance to the Mission, Cottage Hospital, and Oak Park. A quick drive (or long walk) to downtown. There's always plenty of street parking. Truly no complaints and as I mentioned, we already booked another long-term stay here because the house was so perfect for our family. I highly recommend it!

Our family came to Santa Barbara for six months and we loved living here! There was easy access to several beaches, the Mission, the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, The Ty Warner Sea Center, Downtown Santa Barbara (with amazing restaurants!) lots of parks, and hiking. There are so many things to explore in the area and this is a great place to come back to and relax. We loved coming home and spending time in the backyard- using the grill and then eating outside in the beautiful setting was great. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook at home. The dining room has room for a big group and the living room is large and comfortable. One of the guest bedrooms has a computer room/study attached- although there isn't a door it is a perfect nook to put a pack and play in and have it be a little separated from the main room. Also, a door leads to the outside from this room to a pathway with big rosemary bushes that smell wonderful! Bob was great to work with and if there was ever a problem he made sure that it was taken care of quickly. We definitely recommend this rental for any length of vacation!

Stayed for 3 days the last week in August. Close enough to State street to walk into town to eat. We had a very enjoyable day biking along the bikepath and spent another beautiful day in winecountry. This house had everything my parents, my huband and my two year old could want, and then some.
