the room was much bigger than expected, breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff were amazing (esp Kasia and Megan on reception) and the lovely ladies in the restaurant who's names I didn't get. The fridge in the room had water (don't get that often, usually tea and coffee that I can't drink) Bathroom was decent, shower easy to operate. Bar staff also happy to refill my water bottle. short 10 min walk across the road to ICC makes it an ideal place to stay for shows.
The lighting in the room was not brilliant. 3 table lights spread around the room didn't give out a lot of light so being sat on sofa didn't allow much reading etc. Could really have used a ceiling light. And the light above the kettle didn't work. Could do with bigger bath towels. I'm not excessively large and they didn't wrap fully round me. Bus service to town is unpredictable and doesn't run often so be prepared to use taxis

Clean quiet especially being so close to the motorway. Staff were professional, kind and helpful. Food was good. And the children ate free. Nice bonus. The Gym was well stocked and good kit.
It was all really good. But if i had to say something. Swimming pool was small. There was rubbish around the car park/ garden area.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, quick service when items were requested.
Dated inn - Poor lighting in the rooms, stains, dead spiders were found, gym and pool too small.
