The location was excellent. I didn't have breakfast at the Hotel. The room was very good, a nice size, friendly staff.

The wardrobe was the only thing I didn't like. It had open sides which was a bit awkward.

Clearly a Premier inn in the past, it was not too expensive, and the room was clean.

I received an email saying it was dual branded, “The 'Belvilla Newport City Center.” However something seems off, nowhere did I see the word Palette, and Google maps had it several doors away. Chatting to a fellow resident I discovered he was homeless and had been living there for 12 months. There was a closed bar area, and police attendance as I booked in. I tried to save money booking here and wish I hadn’t.
