The location was very nice, and the pool boy was extremely friendly. The food at the pool restaurant was very good, with reasonable prices.
The bed was very old and uncomfortable, and the metal parts of the doors and bathroom were outdated, even though the rest of the room seemed recently renovated. The bathroom lighting was poor, which forced us to keep the shower door open, causing water to spill all over the floor.
At breakfast, the staff were extremely rude. They were shouting about the lights and air conditioning to make us leave as quickly as possible, and they were also hitting the plates loudly while cleaning, making so much noise that it was impossible to enjoy our meal.
At the pool, the staff did not check on guests or pass by the tables and sunbeds to take orders for drinks or food, which was very disappointing.
