I loved everything about my stay. Before booking this hotel, I read a lot of reviews. Most of them were positive, but there were also some negative ones. Because of that, I was a bit worried that I might arrive and not get the room I had expected or that things wouldn’t be as advertised.
Apart from not having a sea view, I got exactly the room I had asked for. I requested a small romantic decoration, and they made it happen. In fact, everything I asked for was provided. They fulfilled every single request, and I really appreciated that.
On top of that, they surprised us with a lovely little gift. We went to the pool, and when we came back to our room, we found wine and other thoughtful treats waiting for us. It was such a wonderful surprise.
The room was spotless, and everything was perfect. What touched me the most was how they handled my special requests. I had asked if I could check in between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., even though the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m. They also respected my requests for the romantic decorations and a double bed. Everything was exactly as I had hoped, clean, comfortable, and well organized. I truly had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels I stay in but I had to this time. Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had in my life. The hotel staff was some of the most welcoming and nicest people I’ve met, they were always ready to help, smiling and genuinely incredibly sweet and inviting. Any questions I had they were ready to answer in no time (even by email before the stay). The hotel is in the heart of ayia Napa so it’s close to quite literally anything and at the same time it’s in placed in a quiet place so u can comfortably sleep at night without having to worry about noise. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean, I stayed at the cheapest room I could find and it was really comfortable and large. The swimming pool is hugeee and there’s always available sunbeds even in peak hours. We stayed for 4 days and every time we wanted to lounge by the pool we rented the luxury sunbeds which cost 20 euros for 2 people, and the sunbeds are available for the entire day (so u can leave and go to the beach and then come back and the sunbeds are still yours), and they come with complementary ice cream (1 per person), fruit salad in a cup (fairly large and also 1 pp), cold refreshing towels and a large water bottle, so I personally think it’s really worth the money. The bar prices are also fairly low so that’s also great. They also had a lot of activities— u can play pool, there’s a soccer or volleyball field (sorry I’m not that into sports), a playground for kids, I think u could also play tennis). While we were lounging by the pool there was staff who came by to ask if we wanted to play volleyball (and some people were actually playing), and in the evening they had music quizzes, bingo, some music shows and so on, so u were never bored.

The pool was very nice and the breakfast was good. Also safe parking and good location
There were some areas in the room that need maintenance and a bit of refreshing to make it look cleaner and more well-kept. I also found a toothpick inside the bathrobe, which definitely shouldn’t happen.
